Meet Lauren Carlson, DMD, MSD ("Dr. Lauren")
I’m Dr. Lauren, and I am so excited to meet all of you. I grew up in the state of Washington and completed my college education at Seattle University, where I played D1 softball.
Why Pediatric Dentistry?
Dr. Lauren has always known that she wanted to specialize in pediatrics. Working with kids is so much more fun, wild, and unpredictable — every day is something new.
Her favorite thing is when an anxious child ends up leaving the office with a big SHINING smile on their face.

My dental education brought me to the University of Louisville, where I met my husband, your orthodontist — Dr. Mike, on our first day of class!
After Dr. Mike completed his orthodontic residency, we moved to Nashville, put down roots, and started a family.
Outside of the Office
I’ve been married to my wonderful and supportive husband since our days at the University of Louisville. We have two young children, a son named Lincoln and a daughter named Lennon.
In my free time, I love watching sports, particularly my favorites: the Seattle Seahawks, Mariners, and the University of Washington Huskies.
